Superb electrician Lee churton in Newton le willows. Sorted out my lighting and wiring problem in less than 20 minutes, cheap and cheerful too. Brilliant service!

We had just moved to a new house and the kitchen light wasn't working, Lee was very informative came to have a look and then we booked for another day to come and fix it. Great service and support that I wanted you to know about!I had some work done on an extension and the job was completed, delivered and handed over with no issue.Now, a year later, picture this, it is half term with the schools closed and I get back with the family in the early hours of the morning and I have no power or lighting to the ground floor and everyone is tired. Using the details from the handover i had a year ago I get the sockets working so the fridge and freezer are on and we can get some sleep and tackle the issue in the morning.It is now Sunday, and I need to get the issue fully resolved.I call ProElec and Lee answered straight away and gave me the steps I needed to find and resolve the issue, all whilst he was off work and wouldn't take anything for it.Now that is great customer service!

I sent Lee an email about my solar panels that had stopped working and he came around to diagnose the issue quickly. He was pretty sure it was the inverter from his initial tests but wanted to double check so came around again when there was a bit more sun to double check the numbers. He then quoted 2 different options for inverters which were cheaper than I had expected from an earlier google search. Around a week later he came and installed it. He also tidied up the dodgy solar panel meter from the original install, fixing a couple of exposed wires and labelled up a bunch of things that were missing around the whole electric installation. The app it comes with is also great, I am glad I picked the option with that.Very easy communication and great service. Thank you very much for fixing my solar panels, right in time for the sun to come out.

I am almost 62 and have had many tradesmen over the years but I can honestly say Lee and his team are the best I have ever had. They arrived when they said they would which is unusual these days and they were all approachable and friendly and they did a fantastic job of installing my solar batteries. They provided good old fashioned service when ensuring everything was done to perfection. I can't speak highly enough of them and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and I would definitely use them again.
