It was good I got the help I needed straight away.

I have tried to contact your phone number for over a week am put on hold for over half an hour then I am cut off. I only want to inform you I have moved address back to my previous address. Hopefully you will update your records. Maybe you should have somewhere online where you can fill a form in to inform you of simple changes.

The last time I was on benefits was 2010. Coming back here, even if it has moved into Lincoln Council, I see it hasn’t changed at all. The only reason for an extra star is because my work coach is a really nice lady and was very supportive due to my diagnosis of depression and anxiety. She’s helped put me in the right direction to get me back into work. The building and decor of Lincoln Jobcentre is filthy. Someone needs to clean the waiting area chairs they’re disgusting.

Never seen on time, and disabilities aren't taken into consideration when giving you unreachable positions within any workplace. Unrealistic goals for those with learning and physical difficulties. Have attempted to change work coaches to no avail.If you've been connected to an external support agency, they're left in the dark by UC and have little to no idea on what they're expected to do to assist you. All they'll have is what you manage to recall and pass on.Should you apply for any positions proposed by them and later get interviews, these are severely under-appreciated and deemed unacceptable. You're expected to do, what isn't appreciated. This is NOT the way to treat anyone.A long thought needs putting into play to rectify obvious problems to prevent putting claimants doing as they're requested into jeopardy and financial hardship.

Terrible. Never cared that it took over an hour to get to the place and I had to be at home for my family even when explained then told the work I had wasn’t enough so I kept going back then told it was fine? Messing me about them I I got declined pay because they view me getting paid then deducted all the pay as me still getting payed. So I couldn’t afford rent which they knew. Unhelpful and no care at all

Quick and helpful member of staff sorted out my query with tact and understanding . A printed copy was produced to aid my slight lack of understanding without making me feel a problem.

I was only here a few times. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.Not much parking space around, so be prepared to walk or come early.

Witnessed disgusting behaviour from the manager David Butler recently. He was very aggressive and obstructive to a member of the public attempting to go about their lawful business inside the Job Centre. I will be making a complaint to the relevant authority. The man has no place engaging with the public at all and should be immediately fired.
