Called Mr Norice West on Christmas Eve 24th December 2022 - we had a vulnerability adult who’s bathroom leaked everywhere. Mr West said he would need advance payment to ensure a call out - not sure what happened; either we missed the payment deadline or what but he didn’t rock up and hung up when I asked him to return the money. Non profit folks helping out those who need help. He has since blocked and and ran off with the money - a lot say leave it but £69 is a lot especially nowadays with the living crisis.Anyway wanted to want people not to pay him till you know he’s done the work - I wouldn’t want any one else to be robbed like we were.

They did a great job, within the cost agreed and were careful to leave everything clean and neat. Good price, good service and friendly, approachable guys. Can thoroughly recommend. Would have no hesitation in using them again! Super prompt service as well, was impressed.

After several attempts (unsuccessful) at getting a plumber, we hit the jackpot with Ipswich Pro Plumbers & Tiling. Knowledgeable and professional, friendly and efficient. Ours was a small job but a big inconvenience to us. Norice and his colleague did the tap replacement in double-quick time and even a little additional (sealing) job - nothing was too much trouble. Will use again and highly recommended.

SCAM ALERT!Better contact some other plumber. Read on if you want to know the details.I had a pipe burst on 23 July 2022. I called this liar at 09:30 pm for emergency plumbing. He asked me to pay £25 to book a visit which I paid immediately.When he did not show up, i started calling after gaps of 10-15 mins. He did not pick any calls and messaged at 11:00 pm that his idiot plumber had a family emergency [probably lying]. Thank heavens I found another plumber who visited me even though he had gone to bed.Later I messaged for refund which he said would happen tomorrow [lying], then 14 days [lying] then another few days [bloody lies] and today says that deposit is not refundable.How does this make sense. His plumber never visited so I should get the deposit back!!! I am sure he would have overcharged anyways. I am considering this as a charity, that I fed a poor family in these hard times!!!

We called Ipswich Pro Plumbers to fix our bathroom and they sorted out the leak in minutes. They even replaced some rusty pipes we had free of charge. Great company. Would recommend. We are so happy with the service we have received from start to finish.

Only wanted a cold water tap fitted. Norice was polite and friendly. BUT, the work started at 8:30pm and he left at 12am and the work was still not complete. We had one flush in the loo and had to use a bucket to flush for the rest of the night. I had no communication from Norice or the infamous admin team at all to tell me what time in the morning they were going to be here. Thankfully I had only paid part of the bill as I would have paid the rest on completion. In the end I had to go to another plumber who spoke to me at 8am and was here at 9am. They done the work within an hour and said they have had to fix a lot of IPP&T jobs. Never heard from anyone at all, no email, calls or texts. Do not recommend.

Very professional and quick.At first I was skeptical when I got the quote on Monday but by Wednesday they were already working. Definitely better than expected. We had quoted twice as high for same work but they did it on a high standard.Really quick and professional service . Highly recommend them and definitely will use them again for further projects.
