An experience not to repeat. Waited outside near the reception door, for about 2/3 minutes, because it was closed. I am walking with the help of crutches and even there I had to go in and again out because I couldn't schedule a time, it was a pop up and service. The estimated repair was 3 times more than the other 2 garages I visited.The person doing the service got inside.my car and took pictures of the interior of my car without asking for my consent.

If i could rate Napier motors 6 stars I would. These guys are top of their game. Not only was my vehicle repaired like new, but the customer service i received was next level.A big thank you to Darren, the receptionist, and the technicians, that delivered on everything they promised.Thank you for making a nightmare crash, into the best possible outcome! I'm 100% happy!

Staff bordering on rude. No tea / coffee offered while waiting. Poor disabled access. Hard to find. Supposed to be assessing car damage, booking in for repairs n providing a courtesy car. Couldn't provide 5 door courtesy car required as mine is a Mobility car so need to be able to get wheelchair behind passenger seat. So couldn't book in for repairs. Totally unhelpfull said would need to go back to 3rd party insurers as they allready admited liability, to get upgraded courtesy car.Not being repaired there now

My car was in for a dent in the bonnet and a slipped bumper after a minor crash and it was fixed well. Downside was that they had my car for 10 days which seemed excessive for the damage, I had no communication about what was happening with my car at all or any updates about it and when I tried to ring, I couldn't get an answer at 5pm, even though the opening hours say 6pm. I was told a pick up day at the latest but that it would probably be sooner, when in actual fact, it ended up being a day later. My car was repaired well and this was organised through insurance but personally, I wouldn't choose to take my car here again.

Carried a MOT and 86 Month servicing.They Both collected the Car and returned it the same day before 4pm despite a 14 mile distance between my Home and Their Garage.Great value for money.Overall a very positive experience.

I would highly recommend Napier Motors. Following a non fault accident we were assigned Napier Motors by our insurance company. Customer service and care was excellent in every way and the workmanship was highly professional. Once authorized to do the repair, everything happened very efficiently. The parts were ordered and once they had arrived, our car was collected, repaired and returned to us promptly. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

They didn't come to pick up my car on the day. No contact from them at all. I had to contact them to be told it was cancelled. Doesn't take much for a phone call does it?

They repaired my car recently after a crash and did an excellent job. Staff were very helpfull.
