DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Very poor service. only been there twice. the first time I bought a collection without being told I'd need x amount of gig ( my fault I assumed as didn't ask)The second time, I specifically asked, was told my same member of staff that the game was on the cartridge, only to get home and discover another download needed.when I tried to call the place ( they do not have a telephone no.) and the larger sport direct , the phone was put down twice and I still can't get through.took my money, smiled and said yes, then must have laughed all the way home.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sells all games for most consoles. Good customer service in shop always willing to help and advise. Shop is well organized and tidy and easy to find games

Staff were helpful. Decent range of games as expected. It's worth while asking what 2nd hand stock they have in as I managed to pick up a Nintendo switch pro controller for £35 (rrp £60!!).

New staff? If they are they all need retraining! Arrogant and disinterested, ynwilling to deal with ANY issues in store, directing everyone to their customer service helpline or web service. Advertise goods with labelled prices then try and charge more at till. Managed to wipe all the reward points from my account, and they couldnt have cares less. Go to Lord Street instead, much better and a lot more helpful and friendly.

Don'nt buy anything from game belle vale, i bought the new cyber punk for christmas for my son, then it was all over the news it was faulty so asked for a refund, they said i could only have a credit note, which i would never use, it sickens me the lies they told me who was the manager could'nt talk to anyone on the phone never shop in there again, be warned

This is my local game store the staff are polite and the new members of staff seem to get the training needed as when one of the new members of staff started she made a mistake and was not bullied or riticuled for it she was just informed and shown again which was great to see that the management aren't to big for the roll
