Simply Hearing

I highly recommend Simply Hearing. I attended to have ear wax removed and I discovered a highly professional organisation. Meharban Singh Riyat is not only a skilled professional with up to date knowledge on audiology but is well versed in standards of good customer service too. The ear wax was deeply lodged but using an array of different devices and procedures, Mr Riyat exhibited determination to remove the offending ear wax. At all stages he checked that I was comfortable and kept me informed as to what he intended to do and why he was doing it. Also, he used a camera to display the state of my inner ear. The receptionist was courteous and professional too. Top marks for a 5 star service !

Mr Riyat is clearly an experienced audiologist, he explained everything to me and not only cleared my ear problem but patiently advised how I might avoid reoccurrence. Full marks from me, very happy to recommend great service when I see it.

I recently visited Simply Hearing to have microsuction in both ears, and I have to say the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I have had microsuction done for years but recently moved house so wanted somewhere closer than my last clinic. I was pretty nervous to go somewhere new, but I was made to feel at ease immediately. Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere, very professional, everything was explained super clearly with cameras/pictures, and the procedure itself was one of the most efficient and comfortable I have had (which isn't easy with microsuction!) I will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone!

Visited Simply hearing this morning and was very impressed by their very thorough, caring and attentive service. Never felt rushed and the examination was very thorough and careful. Would recommend.

I've seen Mr Rijat twice for ear wax removal and found he did a 'splendid' job with my ' very narrow ear canals'. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient, and 'local' ! He also managed to get me custom made 'sleep earplugs' at fairly short notice. Overall I've received excellent service and would highly recommend him.Paulette - Alwoodley

Absolutely excellent service and after care information. Treatment delivered with the upmost professionalism and attention to detail. Treatment provider was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to give advice around other issues not related to the appointment. Front of house service was also excellent and the premises very beautifully presented and clean. I will 100% be using the services again when required. I would give 6 stars if I could!

I initially went to see Simply Hearing to upgrade my hearing aids which were 7 years old, and causing me issues, later concluding in a bad ear infection in both ears. I had wanted to try a new Audiologist, and not my previous one which was a basic service at best. I'm so glad I discovered Meharban; he is friendly, thorough, professional, and really takes his time to do a proper job and explain everything.I had to have microsuction carried out on both ears more than once, and got to review the progress myself as I healed due to the in-ear camera. This was very reassuring.Once healed, I could get my new hearing aids and this has been great. There is absolutely no pressured sales, and my trial period was well supported. Meharban has programmed them so well to me personally, and the technology available now is amazing. My hearing is so much better than with my old aids, and I can even take phone calls directly into the aids!A brilliant caring service - I highly recommend him.

I became aware of Simply Hearing through a connection who had been treated there recently. I had an appointment today to remove wax from both ears. The whole experience was informative and reassuring - and my hearing in both ears has improved significantly. The clinic is well appointed and I was able to view both ears (before and after treatment) courtesy of the in-ear camera. I will certainly use Simply Hearing again for any future issues with my hearing.

I took my 4 year old for a hearing test and i can not recommend the service enough. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the hearing test into a game with lots of reassurance and a very calm atmosphere. My child has now been professionally diagnosed and well on our way to getting help. Thank you
