Arun and his team are just fantastic. From day 1 they were so organised and involved with our event, to ensure that they deliver the best. Initially when we spoke on the phone he came across in a very professional manner, followed by a tasting session in which the food was just amazing! They also made an effort to make as many varieties as possible so we knew exactly what we were paying for. The price is so reasonable too for the quality of food that is being catered. We had catering for our Indian wedding ceremony and also for our reception, and the compliments we received were just endless! The food was served hot and the naans, rice and puris were prepared freshly on the premises. The guests complimented the food saying the taste was so authentic. Also, to mention the waiting staff who served the canapes - they were so well mannered, polite and alert about which guests were vegetarian, which ones needed to served when. Overall I highly highly recommend the team of Apna Khana for all events. We have used Apna Khana Catering for a number of years so they were the obvious choice for all our wedding events. Their food is amazing but their customer service is also impeccable and Arun was a massive help when it came planning even the non food related services. We used Apna Khana as caterers for our wedding functions at the Leeds Royal Armouries. I must say hands down the best wedding food I’ve ever had. Everyone including my +350 wedding guests loved the food and no complaints whatsoever. Apna Khana catered our entire wedding at The Majestic Hotel in Harrogate, and the food was amazing! We had an English/Indian wedding, with English food at the wedding breakfast, which was all cooked to perfection.We then had Indian food in the evening and each dish was perfect! The butter chicken and lamb dishes in particular were such a hit with our guests - the food was one of our most complimented and memorable parts of the wedding. The service from the waiters was also great!Thank you Arun and team for helping make our wedding day so perfect!

Brilliant food and service!We hired Apna Khana for our wedding day last month (15/07/23) and honestly, every single guest we have spoken to both on and since our wedding day has commented about how amazing the food was! We are a mixed couple (my side Italian/Irish and husband's side Bengali) and everyone enjoyed the food. It wasn't too spicy for the white side or too bland for the Bengali side, the food was enjoyed by everyone across the board (which is not an easy feat haha). Apna Khana provided so much choice and there were so many options for both meat lovers and vegetarians. We requested our meat to be halal and they sorted this, no questions asked. They also cut the cake up for us and served it with the desserts to our guests which we were really grateful for. Communication was incredible throughout. Apna Khana were by far the most responsive vendor we had during our wedding planning process, from the day we booked them to the day of the wedding.Couldn't recommend more!
