What can I say? Barry, Hayley and Wendy at Southern Memorials are first class in every aspect, from the initial call with Barry to sitting down with Hayley who guided us every step of the way. If you need a memorial, these are the only people to consider. Friendly and relaxed throughout, kept in touch at all times with updates and the quality of work is amazing. Mum and I couldn't have asked for more, the stone work is flawless, when we first saw Dad's memorial we were speechless as it is beautiful. Thank you so much for all your care and help.

Nothing was to much trouble for Barry and Hayley and my mum's headstone and kerbside were exactly as desired. They were extremely friendly and facilitated all our wishes and individual touches. My family and I recently went to the cemetery to see the new memorial , and I must say we were absolutely blown away by how perfect it was. we had previously been taken advantage by other gravestone sellers to our disappointment, but Southern memorials were absolutely professional, kind, considerate and communicated from the beginning to the end.Aside from the fact that we absolutely love the gravestone. I was delighted with their excellent friendly service and Barry, Hayley and Wendy provided handheld guidance and advice from start to finish and were extremely patient when I needed more time to finalise my inscription. They made the whole process very straight forward while managing all the administration and provided an excellent service. I'm more than happy with the stone and the excellent workmanship. I would highly recommend their services.

Need a headstone? LOOK NO FURTHER! Absolutely wonderful service I cannot recommend them enough! Great family run business, great communication and very reasonable prices compared with others on the market. Good range of headstones to choose from, so happy with my dad’s headstone looks very classy, exactly what we wanted. Barry was particularly helpful and gave outstanding customer service.

Southern Memorials I thank you so much for all your help , patience and amazing support in regards to a kerb memorial for my daughters father. Hayley was so nice to my daughter on our visit to the headstone showroom which was over 1.5 hours away from where we live but was well worth the journey due to the first class customer service and support given to my daughter with what she wanted for her father. Barry was also so kind and supportive which was very important to us during this sad time of my daughter loosing her father. The kerb memorial was placed on time for his heavenly birthday as requested with no worries and regular communication from Barry. Barry and his team at Southern Memorials were a pleasure to deal with from the very initial meeting to the completion of installation. Barry gave us some great advice and helped us plan the perfect headstone for my dad, with the extra bits we wanted to modify/add, including very accurate Chinese characters. We were properly informed and updated each step of the way. Installation was amazing and his team were so polite and courteous, really taking care and leaving behind no mess but just a lovingly installed headstone, ready for us to simply add our flowers. I cannot fault them, I hope we don't have to use them again soon but if we do, I know where to go! Thank you so much Barry! My mum and I really appreciate it.

Hayley and Barry have been fabulous throughout the process, ensuring that what could have been a heart wrenching experience, was actually very productive and positive. Hayley's guidance meant that our vision of a simple and stylish memorial for mum was fully realised. Who knew such a thing could exist? Top tip, if you can visit their workshop you will get a much better idea of size and stone colour, font etc and be able to fully discuss these in depth. They have full size examples of the memorials in their (very cold!) unit at the back and you can go through all their photo albums for inspiration. You will leave knowing what to expect and the time frame for payment, delivery etc. We couldn't recommend Southern Memorials highly enough.
