This company after waiting a long time for delivery, decided they could only come 6.30 in the evening, the manager came to fit them, I checked them before he went, I could not believe it, the blinds have a striped pattern, and the 2 end blinds were round the wrong way, he said he did not realize. I think he new and thought he would get away with it.Then to top all today they suppose to come and change them, 10 mins before they were due to arrive , they said there van had broken down. I called later and said my blinds would have fitted in a car, bearing in mind they were small end blinds, and I was told they would not fit in car a car, I would not recommend this company to anybody , I am disgusted with there customer service .

We recently completed a new house build in a contemporary style and used BN Blinds to supply and fit all our blinds and curtains. I think it would be fair to say the work was quite challenging due to the size and position of the windows, (most of which are full height from floor to ceiling).We chose BN Blinds from a shortlist of recommendations as they were by far the most knowledgeable and helpful when it came to discussing our options and choosing fabrics.The work proved to be problematic, not because of BN Blinds, but quality issues with the blind manufacturers and technical problems with fitting them in awkward spaces meant BN Blinds had to make numerous trips to our house to fit and refit blinds that weren’t quite right. They take pride in their work and will not rest until a job is done properly and the customer is completely satisfied with the end result. The five star rating is well deserved as they went above and beyond what many other suppliers would do.Our blinds and curtains look great and we are really pleased with everything BN Blinds has done.

Great company! I have white venetian blinds and they look splendid. I would have made a real mess of it if I tried to do it myself online. The company are really professional and fitted them beautifully. No hassle.
