What a find! I was dreading trying to find a local place to have my aged Dad's ears cleared to enable him to have a hearing test. Lisa was very friendly and honest and carried out the procedure in a professional manner. By far the best earwax removal experience my husband has had.

I have had my ears unblocked twice now. The first time was with the NHS and they used the ear irrigation system where they use water to wash the wax out of your ears. It was fine, but it was a bit messy because you got water all over you.The second time was Lisa. In order to be able to suck out the wax, she had to use a very fine tube. This suction device works like a vacuum cleaner. It helps to loosen and remove the impacted earwax. The procedure is called micro-suction and it is absolutely painless and, in my view, the best way to remove earwax. The system she uses has a camera. It helps to see how badly the canals are blocked. She showed me the whole process from start to finish, which I thought was amazing.Lisa was very gentle and put me at ease. As it seems my ears get blocked quite often, I will definitely use Lisa again. The procedure was so quick, didn't hurt and I felt I was in good hands.
