I have been working for this company for over a year and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I have never had any issues with wages and staff are very friendly and approachable.I have loved working with the clients and helping them with their day to day needs

Worked for tailor-made healthcare from about 2015 until till last year, when I moved back to the Southwest and then unfortunately had to leave. It’s a great place to work the management, always friendly and accommodating if any issues were to arise and would be happy to move things around so that things could suit your work life balance. Lovely clients and part of a great support team to give them the best service. Haven’t been able to find anything like them in the Southwest but If I returned to the East Midlands I would be straight back to them.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Tailor-made Healthcare for an amazing job they are doing for the service user who I'm also a pa for you have been there through good and bad times I know these times have been very testing especially the last 3 to 4 weeks but I really really wanted to take this opportunity to say you are a cut Above the rest you really are are and we really appreciate you... I know sometimes we are inflexible but that's the way people are sometimes but you've always been there are through thick and thin especially coming in at 10:30pm at night to put someone to bed and support a vulnerable person who has cerebral palsy and you have done for the last several years I take my hat of to you keep it up.. thank you Thank you james so much.

I currently work for Tailormade healthcare limited as a support worker, I absolutely love my job, I couldn’t ask for a better boss, he has always been there as and when I’ve needed him. All training given and paid for, wages are great and am always paid on time.. I’m hoping to be a part of this company for a long time x

I currently work for Tailormade Healthcare.. I have never had an issue with pay, Service users are great and my team of staff are fantastic.. I have been on different courses with this company and have learnt so many new skills on the job.They pay alot more than your average care company, and help pay towards your DBS checks.Management go above and beyond to help their service users get all the support they need.

Tailormade is one of best health care organisation in UK.....great service provider...The manager is a leader with readiness to serve at all time......❤..... A trial as an employee and clients will convince you .....

Worked for them for many years , always had chance to meet great staff and lovely clients . The owner of Tailor-made, he's a great and kind man , but overwhelmed with he's responsibilities. He was always there for he's staff and always paid well . Unfortunately I had to leave due to my heath issue . Thank you Tailor-made for having me on board when I need it . Keep it up .

I have worked for tailormade healthcare from 2016 till 2019. I had the most tremendous journey. The way they manage their staff. They were really good in terms of wages. Always use to get paid on time. I have learnt a lot during this period. Sadly had to relocate. I highly recommend tailormade healthcare. Will miss my job.

Great services and excellent staff. Definitely better pay than anywhere else. Flexible working hours and friendly working environments.Owner is an honest, humble and kind hearted man. Who always put his staff first and help them in any circumstances.They provide exceptionaly professional healthcare and provide clients best services.
