The worst experience ever! I stopped working with them and joining the company that they send me to work, and they didn't send the P45 right away. They send it after 1 week . No respect for human rights, no organisation and they speak rudely with you. The worst from A la Carte is Klaudia, a polish blonde girl who speaks with you like you are nothing in front of her.

The worst place to ever visit! I just went there and asked them politely about part-time jobs and the lady just insulted me and to go away . This was the worst experience . The girl was probably from France or Sweden but was acting like she own the place.

They not book shift properly when a person go for job then no name in list . It’s not good 2-3 time again again this type of mistake it’s lost reputation of alacart .I personally not suggest anyone.

This is the worst agency I’ve ever work with. I am student and doing part time job through this agency. When my study time date is finish in the university work letter. Then agency call me to provide student letter. But i told them that my study is finish and i can work full time or part time according to my brp information. But recruitment team of the agency can’t even understand that thing and giving me any job. They dont have even normal understanding. According to my experience I think They always give priority of giving work to their people. I don’t recommend this dont waste your time.

It is OK if you're looking for quick, unskilled employment. Most of their clients seem to be the 7 Samworths Warehouses/Bakeries in the City.The pay rate is minimum wage and even at night you're getting around 10.50. Good for a holding job whilst you find something better.

One of the worst agency to work. Doesnt deal with your properly, always have problem with payment structure, and only have shifts with Cold environment in the factory. Instead there are other options too in the Leicester. People should visit other agency instead of going to them.

This is the worst agency and staff I have ever worked with would not recommend to anyone,even after explaining the situation they do not take it seriously.they force you to work on their demand that's really unprofessional.
