I went in yesterday to pick up a prescription and try to get some advice as trying to get hold off a doctor is so hard - the young lady behind the counter was amazing, so kind and helpful sitting me down and reassuring me they would sort out the problem - she got advice made phone calls and went way above what was expected.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING  SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS WITH NO ENGLISH ACCENT.  I WAS MADE TO FEEL LIKE A THIEF. I HAVE BEEN HAVING PRE-PAID NHS PRESCRIPTION CERTIFICATE FOR OVER 8 YEARS. I'M PICKING MY PRESCRIPTION EVERY MONTH, SOMETIMES FROM DIFFERENT PHARMACIES. NEVER EVER BEFORE HAVE I EVER HAD TO PROVIDE PROOF OF MY CERTIFICATE (WHICH DOES NOT EXIST AS FAR AS I'M AWARE. AS ALL INFORMATION IS ON THE SYSTEM). THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF EVEN DARED ASKED FOR  MY ID (FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE BEING ASKED IN THE PHARMACY).I DIDN'T MIND YOU MADE ME FEEL UNWELCOMED BUT MAKING ME FEEL LIKE A THIEF WAS ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL. I HOPE THIS PHARMACY WILL GET SHUT AND ALL OF YOU GET PROFESSIONAL  TRAINING  OR EVEN WORSE LOOOSE YOUR JOBS COZ YOU DON'T DESERVE TO PRETEND YOU'RE SERVING CUSTOMERS AND EARNING MONEY FOR IT WHEN IN REALITY YOU'RE SERVING YOURSELVES BY GETTING THE SATISFACTION OF BEING NASTY. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!

Staff are friendly and do all they can to help. However, there always seems to be a long queue that feels like it takes a while to be served

God awful place! Would give minus 10 if I could. Staff are rude! Can always hear the pharmacist being rude towards staff, and also hear staff discussing patients private matters in full ear shot of customers.I went in before and waited 10 minutes to be seen, which would be ok if it was busy but it wasn’t. The members of staff were too worried about their personal lives and having a cuppa.There used to be some good staff who worked there including the previous pharmacist but herself and some other members of staff seemed to have left. Which I can’t say I blame them.100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Use this pharmacy in the village centre regularly, one of two, the other is at the 'top' of the village, free delivery of prescriptions by both is a great benefit to the elderly etc...
