tried to call to verify my test time, just kept getting cut off ,so I went down to speak to someone, just got this what I felt was a rude lady..

You ring this number wait for a customer service to answer and it cuts off the call once you have pressed all the options on where you want to go through...

Shocking the amount of times I've tried to get through to this crowd

I have not written a review before however today I had to take my health and safety touchscreen test . I did not think I was going to be treated like a criminal about to enter prison. After an unfriendly welcome by the receptionist I was told where to stand, empty my pockets into a locker , wallet, car keys, hand sanitizer I then had my photograph taken. Then to add insult to injury I went to a more pleasant lady but I had then to turn my pockets inside out, roll my sleeves up and turn my arms around to be inspected. It was discovered I had my hankershief in my pocket so I had to go back to the locker, the receptionist asked was I trying to take something in? I’m not a young person starting out, I started my own construction company 42 years ago, I send people on these tests. It felt degrading!

The folks here were really professional and really helpful.
