Jane Aucott Reflexology and Craniosacral Therapy

Jane is an amazing therapist and I would highly recommend her for both emotional and physical complaints. I have been seeing her for over a year for both reflexology and craniosacral therapy. Jane has over twenty years experience and it really shows. I have seen Jane for reflexology since the COVID restrictions have come in and I felt she managed the safety requirements well and I soon forgot that we were both wearing face coverings. Sessions are always what you need that day and yesterday it was so nice to have a laugh as well as talk about how the past few months have been.

I have recently been seeing Jane whilst heavily pregnant as I was suffering with post covid symptoms of tension headaches and sinus aches. Something I've not suffered with before. After my first treatment within 3 days everything had eased with no pain anymore. Jane is calming and kind, her treatment room is peaceful and comfortable. Would highly recommend her and I'm enjoying continuing having treatments until baby is here.
