I went to this salon for the first time to give it a try. I opted for the manicure and pedicure. A friend of mine had visited and highly recommended this salon. I was not disappointed. Lynn was a friendly and very professional nail technician. I observed she took great care, was meticulous and gentle in the whole process of preparing my nails and painting them. She also gave a lovely relaxing leg and hand massage within the treatment. I was very happy with the results and will definitely be going back.

Terrible experience and poor service.Had my nails (acrylic) for 5 days and few started to peel. The main reason I am writing this is because they were extremely rude.I went in to explain the situation to see if they could fix them and the woman who helped at the front desk was anything less than helpful. I told her they were peeling and she says what do you want me to do then? I don’t understand the attitude I am the one who paid for a service that didn’t meet the satisfaction of “their standards”.They ended up changing them without charge but at this point I already felt so uncomfortable and obviously not wanted there.At the end tried to explain to the man how unsatisfactory the service was and he said our way of apologizing is by not charging you.Again first I am only in there cause their work started to come off. I didn’t come in to be treated in such a rude way which brought me to tears. It was humiliating.I wasn’t looking for free service just wanted them to be fix and instead got treated in a way that was super unprofessional.I do not recommend this place.Don’t go, Don't go!I know the way that the girl was behaving and talking to me, was clear she was annoyed. I know how each word sounded. She just showed up how stressed she was for fixing my nails. At the end she left me and went to get her nails done without even say how long I should wait there, ( I asked to leave, cause I had enough) when I said how I felt the whole time since I got there no one cared about, the guy just said to me that I WILL FIND MY WAY... I am the only one who is traumatized by the experience that I had. I never wrote anything bad about a service, I just don't come back, but this one deserved a review.Even having a problem with my nails I was up to keep getting my nails done there, but honestly after the terrible treatment I got there, I wont come back.

Not everyone is nice, also charging £ for removing the gel every single time . There are many other nail salons around which are a lot better.

My pedicure treatment was amazing and 5 weeks on, the gel is still perfect! I would say it is quite expensive to some salons I've been too; however, you definitely get what you pay for as it is very relaxing, clean and the longest my gels have stayed without chips/cracks. My first time here as I am new to the area and most definitely will be back :) thank you so much

Just saw a lady on the bus with the most lovely nails. We got to talking, I complimented them and she said she did them here. She spoke very fondly of the place.

Really nice salon it was my first time and will definitely be going back next time. They were very gentle with your hands and nails not pulling your hands at all. Also really clean and relaxing salon. Only reason it’s 4 not 5 stars is because there was a little bit of gluey stuff left on my hand and on one of my nails. Not really a big problem though.

Amazing experience- I went to get Acrylic full set, the nails were thin and durable as you expect! The atmosphere was lovely and staff very very friendly, my new fav and will be going here from now on!

My 1st visit, it was recommended. I was seen at my appointment time.Excellent Excellent, my feet feel wonderful, nails are perfect. It was obvious staff are more interested in quality than quantity, I will be returning, it is a must.I have to add the atmosphere was so calming,

I called in advance to book an appointment for a manicure and pedicure costing £35. I was quite relaxed when the treatment was being done. The beautician asked at every step of the way if the water was too hot and checked in to make sure everything was alright. She showed me the functions on the massage chair if I wanted to be more relaxed, I didn't use it as I was quite comfortable and happy with the level of service. I done basic blue toe nails and clear finger nails. I was offered a variety of nail polishes and shellac or acrylic but I chose to do basic nails. Unsure if I had opted for shellac or acrylic if it comes at an extra charge. Overall I was happy with the service. I was given a loyalty card also and I will be returning to untilse it.
