Bought a car from Joe, it took several weeks to repair a fault the car had within the first day which was a heater matrix a £600 repair bill, I then had to drop off and collect the car miles away from my house and the dealership which was a headache in itself, he got the job done and I was happy, then I my new car developed another fault and Joe told me because the car I p/x with him had a fault he wouldn’t be paying for the new repair even though I had paid for warrenty. I will not buy from here ever again due to the terrible aftercare. I would like to mention Joe took my car out for a drive and checked it over and I am not mechanically minded so I was unaware of any issues it had and he had told me that he was happy before we even signed contracts - when he complained about this fault I offered to exchange cars back and he told me my car had sold so I tried to help.

Very good car dealer.Excellent stock is very good condition, clean, well presented with nice premises. I was on the hunt for a car for a friend and Jo had just the car.I had been looking for weeks and many places I visited were more like scrap yards than car dealers, so it was very refreshing to go to a real car dealer.

A Really comfortable experience!! I bought a Mercedes C class from Joe @ CC trading he was kind and accommodating from the very first phone call he let me look around and test drive at my convenience. He answered all my questions and was naturally very re assuring at every stage of the sale. The car is of great quality and of the few little marks that were on the paintwork Joe had them dealt with immediately and the car was fully valeted and looked beautiful for when I picked it up. Joe sold us a lovely car that was exactly as described. After a week, we noticed the car had a few very minor issues that we hadn’t spotted at the viewing (not Joe’s fault at all), but we called him up to see what he could do and he sorted the issues out in a very satisfactory and professional manor. Cannot fault this company at all, the car (Audi Q3) I purchased was as perfect and complete as described in the advert, the car is spotless from interior to under the bonnet. Upon arrival every car in stock was as well presented as the one I was purchasing, Joe is a genuine gentleman and a pleasure to deal with, it is clear to see this is his passion and not just a business, 10/10 could recommend this company to purchase your next car !
