A great team - thanks ! A really good 6 week Puppy training plan and amazing work to switch the last 2 weeks to Video conferencing - learnt so much and can really recommend Sue & Carol to anyone looking at puppy training..cheers !

Carol and Sue are just great. Professional, great supporters and gives good to the point guidance throughout the training. Done both online and face to face training and equally great and engaging. From having a puppy that just think everything is a game to actually pay attention and follow you around could only have happened with the sessions and follow up by Hot Dog training. Recommend anyone to work with Carol and Sue!Wanted to add more…just completed Top Dog - a great and important course to get your dog to do emergency stop, the perfect sit and make your dog stay focused on you. Our energetic dog who is normally all over the place is now getting to a point where we have the confidence to expand his freedom on walks etc which is great for him but also for us. Carol and Sue are world-class at what they do. Thank you for yet another great course.

We just completed the Puppy Foundation course and I can genuinely say that we had the BEST time! Carol and Sue have been very nice, professional and welcoming. By the end of the course I can honestly say that we have (the puppy and I both) learned a lot and i am looking forward enrolling for further classes

Great online puppy course! Both Carol and Sue are great trainers, the small size of the classes means that you are provided with really detailed feedback and get all the attention your puppy needs to succeed. Couldn't recommend enough.

Ruby and I very much enjoyed both the courses we completed with Carol at Hot Dog Training The training sessions are always varied and fun and there are loads of ideas on how to keep puppies entertained at home. Carol is very sensitive to each dog's different needs and makes sure that dogs and owners are comfortable, and offers lots of support and encouragement too! Thank you!

Highly recommend this course for a new puppy. The class was easy to understand, very well organised and the trainers were excellent in explaining and giving you the time to ask questions as well as guidance and help during the exercise. Good starter to do for bonding with your puppy and the training exercises/advice actually work!!!

We have just completed a six week puppy training course with our young Working Cocker. Carol was brilliant and we learnt so many training tips, which will be invaluable going forward. Most importantly Coco our puppy had the time of her life, so excited each time we went and eager to learn from all the new experiences. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have just finished our puppy training with HotDog.Carol and Sue are great! Very friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. They were also very generous with their time and happy to give as much time needed for weekly Q&A after each class, even putting on an extra optional session FOC to talk through separation anxiety.Due to lockdown, our course was delivered online via Zoom. Whilst it was a shame not to be face to face and have the puppy (and new owner) interactions, we found the course to be brilliant! Each class was followed up with comprehensive notes and a recording, so it was easy to catch up if you missed one, or to repeat the training.We actually felt that doing the exercises in familiar surroundings and with less distractions was potentially more beneficial for young puppies than being face to face.We would definitely recommend them and are hoping to book for their Shape 'Em Up course next.

We did the Shape Em Up Improvers course and only wish we had found Carol and Sue sooner, the training was so much better than other puppy classes we tried in the past. They are incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and great at providing helpful feedback. The sessions were structured really well, the exercises were explained clearly with lots of options for progression and we were given worksheets afterwards which was really useful. I also really appreciated that at the end of each session we were given the opportunity to ask questions. We've seen so much improvement over the course of the training and feel like our bond with our dog has improved. Can't recommend Carol and Sue enough!

Recommend completely. Works to dogs ability. Much kinder way of puppy training than years ago. Small class, so more one to one. Very patient with us dog parents!
