I came here as a visitor from Germany. Wave is very close to Stamford Brook tube station. It's a very good Bjj club where I've learned a lot in a few days. People there are very nice. There's no you can't ask a higher belt to roll with you" - attitude and no reckless behaviour on the mat. Fully recommend a visit!"

Great BJJ gym where you can train in a relaxed environment not only Jiu Jitsu, but other martial arts as well. The coaches are knowledgeable and everyone helps each other. You get the sense of the community right from the start which is great for motivation. Definitely recommending to everyone who wants to try get a new martial arts hobby!

I’ve trained at Wave for 5 1/2 years and I’d never want to train anywhere else! A great range of instructors with different teaching styles, a mix of gi, nogi and wrestling, and a relaxed and friendly environment to learn and train in. The women’s only class is also amazing!!

I had my first ever Jiu-Jitsu experience today and I had an incredible time!All my anxieties were immediately put to rest upon meeting Lorenzo and the all the other members, a fantastic group of people.Lorenzo is kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable.Thank you for making my first experience so memorable. I didn't start bjj until I was over 50 but then just fell in love with it. Training at Wave is fantastic -- amazing community, brilliant instructors, really fun classes. Looking forward to a lot more years of improving my game!

Best thing I ever did was join this club. It can be quite daunting joining a new martial arts club but the people/students here are super friendly and you will soon feel at ease with everyone. Lorenzo is a wonderful teacher who has earned his black belt under one of the best BJJ guys in the world! Your fitness will greatly improve and along the way you will learn one of the most effective martial arts to date. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Dropped in for a class while visiting London, had a great time. Guys were welcoming, atmosphere on the mats was friendly, learned some great technique and had friendly rolls. Highly recommend.
