A true hidden gem… The owner and wonderful cook of this little café was very hospitable. Accommodating mine and my friends family For a Christmas brunch. The table was laid lovely and the food was amazing. I’ll be going back just for the waffles again and again. Lovely to see proper ingredients being properly cooked. I wish this owner the best business for 2024 we will be back soon.

Proper traditional tea in a teapot with a selection of homemade delicious cakes including gluten free ones too. Certainly is a hidden gem. Dogs are welcome too.

The Hidden Tearoom Chilham
The tea room has been beautifully decorated and the staff very welcoming. I had an excellent generous portion of smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese and generous garnish. Excellent coffee and a good slice of a lovely red velvet cake. Great value. I will definitely return. Highly recommended.
