Katie is so lovely , super helpful and friendly. We are regular and go in each week to buy treats. Axel the dog is a big fan of the beef skin, same skin and beef tails as well as the warm welcome he always receives.

Wonderful natural ingredients for all your pets. Kate very helpful and gives good advise. Friendly atmosphere. Shop is well stocked. Will not shop anywhere else now.

Shocking...... I was recommended the coir (coconut fibre) cat litter by the person in store... Awful, it's worse than saw dust... Crazy money when the same product is in poundland marketed as plant substrate for £1..... Total failure by the store and the person leading.
