Had a weekend treat with my Mum booked for weeks, was a little disappointed to receive a phone call 4 days before to make us aware the pool was out of order however, it was back up and running on the day but we were called the morning of our treatments to be told that due to staff illness they couldn't do them. We had travelled 2 hours on a train the night before and stayed in a Premier Inn nearby, thankfully on the day there was a cancellation so we managed to get the treatments we wanted and enjoyed all of the facilities.

So good I took out a 12 months membership.
