Been getting BIAB here for a few months now and my nails have never been better! Kate is always accommodating with the ideas I bring to her and I’m always happy with the results. All the staff are lovely and always have a good natter while I’m there. All round good service and good vibes!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I’ve been here twice now to begin the start of my BIAB nail journey and my nails are so much stronger and have grown so much already ! The girls are so lovely and helpful, very chatty and ‘glossed’ as a place itself is gorgeous inside! If you want to start growing and strengthening your nails I would highly recommend glossed beauty x

Fantastic salon, ran very well with excellent staff. The customer service is outstanding and the girls are all very professional. 100% would recommend to anyone.

I specifically booked 4 treatments with a technician of my preference. After completing one treatment they passed me over to a new technician who gave me blocky French pedicure which I was very disappointed with. Then I’m told the technician of my preference isn’t doing my remaining treatments because we ran over time by 10 minutes and she had to go to another client. I could have my remaining treatments done by a trainee, which I declined especially after the state of the pedicure.Instead of apologising I was gaslit and told it was my fault they overran because I hadn’t specified I was getting French … we overran because the technician had to re-do the french she had badly messed up. My remaining treatments weren’t going to take 10 minutes so unsure why the technician of my preference had to attend to another client … having checked my emails it appears they re-scheduled my appointment and brought it forward by 5 minutes forward before we overran without even consulting me whilst I was getting my French done.When I asked for an explanation they couldn’t justify it, no apology and again attempted to make it out it was my fault so I simply asked for a refund.I have been going to gloss since it opened, I am a regular there however they have lost a client. These treatments were in preparation for my 10 year wedding anniversary and they knew this yet messed me around. Unsure what the owner Kate’s plan is for the longevity of her business especially given the current economic climate, which is due to worsen but I can assure you behaving unprofessionally with recurring clients isn’t a good strategy.

For information of visitors to this salon. I paid a deposit for eyebrow correction, after which I got sick and asked the salon management to change the date of my appointment. To which I received an answer that the deposit will not be returned as this is the salon’s policy. Conclude that the salon is not concerned about the health and safety of other visitors. Because if I came, other visitors to the salon might get sick. Also, the salon staff had changed the date and time of my appointment several times before, and the owner of the salon herself responded to my request by saying that these were the rules of the salon. I will never visit this salon again and cannot recommend it as a place to take care of visitors and health

I absolutely love Glossed! Professional and high quality service by the loveliest girls. Brow lamination was done exactly as I wanted - My eyebrows have never looked so good! A huge range of nail gel colours to choose from and the most stunning salon to relax in. Highly recommend - 10/10! Can't wait for my next appointment!

I've seen kate today for my eyebrows and she was absolutely amazing, made very comfortable and the session was pain free, will go there again❤️

Visited last week for some treatments and it was an amazing experience! My therapist Maisie was very professional and made me feel very relaxed. I had my gel nails done and full body massage and can’t wait to come again! Beautiful salon and lovely staff xx
