They don't really care a lot.I have asked them 5 times to please follow the delivery instructions on my account, they don't care.Milk is put where it's not meant to.So it gets stolen something, never delivered other times and if it gets delivered, you got no idea when.Used to be the evening before, now it's in the morning, anywhere between 6 and 10 am.If you head out to work and it hasn't arrived, you'll be coming back to cheese!I have tried talking to them, and they guaranteed me they would ask the delivery to follow the instructions.I even told them that it's very important to me, and if they would not follow I will change to the modern milkman.My neighbours cancelled their account ages ago, but I wanted to continue supporting them, but I'm sick off it now too.Shocking service, I really hope the farmers don't suffer because of these cowboys------------Thanks for your reply, but I have contacted customer service on 2 or 3 separate occasions, always with the answer, someone will look into it and contact the local delivery office.-----------Updated to 3 stars... The do delivery when expected most of the time, and it's still better than getting the milk from the supermarket. Hopefully the farmers get moreNothing changed in the last 6 weeks!

Great at the start but have switched suppliers after numerous issues. Delivery driver dropped eggs in our hallway and left without attempting to clean up or leave a note - I had to email the refund team who took ages to get back to me. Food is always left outside our block of flats even though I have left door code in our instructions - he delivers really early meaning food is left out all night. Often delivery not there because neighbours have taken instead. Left note to say please leave indoors" and totally ignored. Van is loud and wakes us up. Customer service line never works. Emails take forever to respond to. Always same excuse - "experiencing high volumes..." Alternative supplier always has excellent customer service with great response times - I'm sure they're much busier. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the products are good...when they're not missing or damaged."

Sadly disappointing. We were excited about getting milk deliveries but second delivery in and we're cancelling our service. Milk was delivered to the front door some time after 8.30am and spent the entire day sitting outside in sun so was warm by the time we got to it. A complete waste and not a word from the company

Experience of milk and more has been mixed. I like the convenience of the delivery and returnable glass bottles rather than plastic. However, the deliveries often to not arrive by 7am as stated on the website (many times it has arrived around 9am). Customer service are rubbish at explaining why this would be the case and seem to think it is acceptable to repeatedly deliver outside of this expected time period. Recently I found out my weekly delivery wasn't coming for 3 weeks owing to the bank holidays, when previously it would have just been delivered the Friday before. Pretty tired of having to send complaints on the regular.

Just cancelled. Deliveries to Abingdon are generally after 8am, often after 8:30am when I have gone to work and milk sits in the sunshine all day. Today it was 11am.Tuesday it didn't show up at all, despite being charged for.Each time you need a refund you have to sit in a 30 min + queue to talk to someone.Don't bother.Edit;Thanks for the response but I have already spoken to customer care who advised you were having IT issues and this was probably the cause of it. They suggested we leave you for a few months to settle down and then try the service again.

I love getting our milk delivered in glass bottles. If you think of yourself as someone who cares about being green, reusable glass is far better for the earth than plastic bottles. Plus, the milk tastes better! We've had no problems with ordering or delivery. Keep milk delivery alive! Sign up!

unusually bad customer service: Milk & More keep misdelivering our milk, which means that it has sat out in the hot sun and gone off several times. It seems impossible to fix even though though we 1) saw the milk delivery man in the morning and showed him where to correctly deliver 2) have over the last week sent several emails and 3) tried to phone, and so far have spent 40 minutes on hold, but can't get through. I would give a 0 if that were possible.

Had several issues recently with Milk & More being delivered to our home in Aylesbury.Twice our delivery of milk was missed - I believe because the previous day was a bank holiday - I don't really understand what that has to do with it, to be honest. It was rather annoying to have to then go out to the supermarket (we have a baby and 2 kids) without any warning.A good while ago they got the wrong delivery (skimmed milk instead of unhomogenised) and my wife called them up that morning - they were able to come back later that day and correct the mistake.Recently however, they again have sent skimmed milk incorrectly. They obviously have a back log of complaints, as they have shutdown their email system (their website says, and I quote We are currently experiencing a high volume of contacts and as a result we have decided to temporarily suspend our email contact service. Our team are working extremely hard to get through a backlog of emails and we hope to be back up and running as soon as possible." - you have to be pretty shocking to close your email down because you cannot respond to them). They also have a "Live Chat with Us" option which does not work (there is no link when you hover the mouse over the words! So they have shut that down too. There is text that says and I quote "The quickest way to contact us is by using our web chat service. Please click on the ‘Need any help?’ button on the left hand side of the page and one of the team will be able to assist you." - of course there is no such button on the page!). My wife therefore attempted to call them by phone

Rubbish! New customer delivery never arrived . A hovis loaf arrived instead of artisan bread and dumped on doorstep with no sign to say where it had come from! This despite giving instructions to leave it in a box by front door. Was told it would be 'escalated'! Whatever that means!

They don't answer their phone. They don't follow up on emails promptly. Of late their deliveries have been getting later and later. what began as an early morning delivery is now not arriving until after 11:30 and they got the order wrong. Love the milk, but the service is a disaster.
