Received a text saying that my parcels will be delivered the next day but no time slot was given, after waiting in all day parcel force failed to deliver. Contacted customer service and they told me that they are having major issues and are unable to deliver my parcels and didn’t know when they will be delivered. I asked if I could come and pick my parcels up but they said I can’t as they need to attempt a delivery first but they could say how or when. They have no contingency plan in place for their issues. Shocking service. After several calls to customer service my parcels are out for delivery today nearly a week late, no apology received for the shocking service

Not had great experiences with these. Frequently say they’ve been and nobody home when in fact have been home watching out the window at the time they actually say they called and left no calling card. Will give benefit of doubt for now. But not one of the best couriers

Terrible service! Paid for next day delivery which didn't happen. I went & collected my parcel because I needed it, box crushed, monitor damaged so had to be returned. One star for nothing

Driver attempted to deliver when I wasn't in. No problem, I thought, as I had let them know to leave it at the post office via the email form THEY had sent me, asking where they should leave it if I'm not in. What a shame then that they didn't. I called them to ask where it was as the post-office gent was just as confused. They told me it didn't leave the depot at all, because the driver didn't check his route until 5pm the first day. I raised this as a complaint, which they agreed to Saturday delivery as compensation at no extra charge.What a shame THEN, that they have missed their 2nd promised delivery date.I can only assume that it has been stolen, the pick-pocketing thieves.

Absolutely dreadful service.My parcel took less than 2 days to get from a warehouse in Germany to Medway, Kent via DHL.It is now 10 days and 7 phone calls (totalling nearly 3 hours and including three hang-ups and/or disconnections) 4 failed delivery attempts (not one card left) and I am STILL yet to received my parcel.Horrendous company and appalling service.Royal Mail and Parcel Force can’t compete with these more competent delivery companies for much longer.**follow-up, for the third time now, after scheduling a redelivery, this was not attempted and managers at national and local centres don’t call back as promised.Incompetent cowards.***final follow-upAfter 12 days, 9 phone calls and 5 failed delivery attempts they said they couldn’t find my property, so left my parcel at a post office 15 mins away. I went to pickup my parcel, only to pickup a heavily damaged parcel.STILL no manager callback; these guys are unprofessional cowards.Amateur service and a lack of professionalism at all levels.

Ashley, the Supervisor at Gillingham, is the rudest, most disgusting staff member I have encountered. He is a disgrace to this company; if I could give a zero, I would. Why would anyone have to put up with such an obnoxious individual in a service department? I went to collect my parcel, and he criticised the staff members. I will not be using Parcelforce Gillingham any time soon

Absolutely useless, Medway/ Gillingham have 4 Yes FOUR emails say redeliver to my address as the driver could not wait for a cup of tea to be put on a table and a door open before he drove off. a week later they are still delivering to say address and wonder why it is not collect. You have 4 emails from head office saying change, I have a screen shot of me changing it as well. Your solution come and collect. are you brainless. i paid you over £25 to deliver, you have put the note through a door that the person has now left that house because you did not deliver on correct day and keep trying to deliver there because you are unable to read an email. i cannot collect as I don't have said note, I how am i to carrier the 12kg box. on my head on a train. You are a joke and if i can possible close you down i would. you have one star as i cannot give you minus stars.

Absolutely disgusting. 4 people in there + me from the same area. All at the office desk wanting to know where are parcels were as apparently they tried to deliver but no one was home. Was working out the front of my house an hour either side of my delivery slot and apparently the delivery driver tried to deliver. But 100% didn’t! Will definitely not be using these again

Absolute shambles of a service!!!!I had no notification to say when my item was being delivered...after about a week I thought I better check any tracking details...Apparently 4 days before a driver had tried to deliver but no one home..No card through door AND there was someone home at said time of delivery...Waited a further 2 days before checking tracking...supposedly it was out for delivery that day...No sign of delivery!!!!Checked tracking again...item is back at depot!!!!I've spoke to an automated 'robot' to HOPEFULLY redeliver on a day I will be home until it arrives...IF IT ARRIVES...Terrible company to deal with...
