Fabulous customer service from start to finish! My initial contact was quickly responded to and with helpful guidance, my order placed without delay and goods delivered quickly, and then when I had one final request, that was dealt with promptly too! I haven't used the tablecloth, runner and napkins as yet, but I have taken them out of the packet and they look to be very good quality. I'd definitely use this company again.

Spoke to guy on phone and told what I needed. He was supposed to mail me back aa it was a very urgent order but no email, no call whatsoever.I mailed again, and there was no correspondence at all.Extremely unprofessional service.

Do not trust this company they do not refund , received damaged burnt goods , sent back straight away and after email , phone call , messages they will not refund the money , Do not buy from this company

bought some crushed velvet tablecloths and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the fabric its absolutely beautiful and v heavy good quality fabrictotally unlike some i have purchased from other sites that were awful.also had vfast delivery which was great and v much appreciatedi would definitely 100% recommend this company and will be using them from now on for my crushed velvet needs and obsession
