Absolutely love attending this gym branch it is well maintained, well facilitated, all the gym staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly any time I go (Mornings, Days and Nights) There are usually cleaners on site keeping the gym clean. Ladi especially is a fantastic PT he is very motivating and encourages you to reach your goals. Classes always look fun for members as well as the trainers conducting them.Any damaged equipment I’ve seen is always promptly repaired.I recommend this gym to all ages and abilities.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at the Colindale branch of your gym on Saturday, 11.11.23.After a prolonged absence due to health issues, surgery, a new job, and a generally busy life, I returned to the gym with the hope of resuming my fitness routine. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The facilities at the Colindale branch were filthy and the bathrooms were in a deplorable state. Despite my reservations about this particular branch, I went along at the insistence of my partner, who is also a member.I brought a backpack containing three bottles (water and orange juice), napkins for cleaning equipment, and wet wipes since sanitizer was not provided. Additionally, I had my gym equipment for leg day. The gym staff, particularly an individual named Supin, approached me rudely without any greeting and informed me that bags were not allowed. I explained the reason for carrying the backpack, unaware of any such rule. Interestingly, two other individuals with bags were present, but I was singled out.Supin insisted I remove the backpack, and when I requested to speak to a manager, his response was dismissive, asking me to take his number." i just visited the gym once, and i decided go for a second time to make sure that i will cancel my subscription.no age control at all. i saw people use the same passdownstair seems a kinder garden, with so many kids standing infront the machines without using them, just chatting with each other.maybe an inspection shouldnt be a bad idea.

Awful experience, toilets filthy, shower is disgusting, smells like pee all over the women changing room. The working out machines not maintained at all, all rusty, hard to make personal adjustments, nothing to disinfect them, probably they paid to much for it, water sink is blocked for at least 3 weeks. Canceled my membership as I can pay for some better services..I won't mentioned that on 21st of July they took the direct debit and today, my access is restricted just because I canceled my next direct debit, even if I already paid for 1 month

Lovely staff, I love the classes. Great location and the most important think there is a free perking around. The gym it self is nice and has lots of machines.

very nice gym, the staff member that helped me (brown dude with grey hoodie) was very friendly and helpful, great experience there just too few benches for bench press

The gym is very big so ur bound to not wait too long for equipment. My only minor complaint is sometimes the same equipment is either upstairs or downstairs.

Whats going we are all cooking inside this gym working out with sweat dripping all the way down to our uncles graves please bro please for the sake of our sanity turn on the ac please im on my hands and knees begging i dont wanna work out in a sauna anymore please. Great gym for losing all your water weight I’ve sweated at least 20kg of water weight the gym is a sauna everywhere you go it’s rare to come across such a phenomenon in London gyms.
