Don't waste your time purchasing from Vitalife, the products I received were fake or rejects.You can understand why they don't have a customer service telephone number because there costumer service is terrible!!!I have been waiting over 2 months to sort out inferior products, and still waiting.BEWARE!!!!! stay clear of VITALIFE LTD......buy from a reputable company who cares for its customers.

This company is a scam. I bought coconut milk, it was off, it curdled and came out lumpy. I think it was a counterfeit product. I asked to be refunded and they said that I had to pay for the return postage (which was over 50% of the value of the refund) for a defective product. This is contrary to their legal consumer protection and e commerce obligations as an online seller. Avoid at all costs.

Described on their website as pack of 12, when I placed the order the confirmation email contains no product information so I can't use this email against them later. Only half of what I ordered arrived with an altered receipt that says only paid for 6. Really sneaky scammers! They respond to people's bad feedback with the standard apologies but in reality they don't respond to any enquiries. No phone calls, no emails. Shameless. Don't waste your time and money. All the gushing reviews sounds like paid for lies.

Do not use this company. I was desperate for dog food and was charged for it twice before being told it was out of stock. I was not aware I had been put on back order which I did not want.A 25% restock fee is a con.Customer service is appalling as they have no telephone number and communication is only done vie email - check your junk folder for these.

I ordered something last week and have no confirmation or delivery notification. I have tried to contact you via the website but no response at all. Am getting ready to get my bank involved in a claim. Really shoddy service. And following your request to email customer service in your response to my review, I have emailed and there is still no response or acknowledgment.

Do not order from this company.They sold me a product that was not as advertised (£94 worth) on 16/9/22. It took them to 28/10/22 to collect the incorrect items and I am still awaiting a refund. I have raised a Visa dispute with my credit card provider and am awaiting it's outcome as I have no faith that Vitslife will refund me.Their customer service is terrible- no phone number and slow email response. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic range of products including vitamins and supplements I have not found on offer by other companies. Hay fever remedies are brilliant and are the only thing that works for me as over the counter medication seems to have no effect. Quick delivery and good value for money.
