Coles For Fires

I was assisted by a very able lady who explained the various aspects of a gas fire and all I needed to consider. Unfortunately, the showroom did not have a wide range for me to view so I might need to visit the Kettering branch. Service excellent but exhibits lacking.

Bought a gas fire from B and Q and before it was delivered looked for gas fire installation people.This company had good reviews and the surveyors for them came out and looked at the fireplace hole that was left after we took out the coal.agreed quote £360 inc sweeping chimney. 2 installation people came on Wednesday and completed the job in one day.lovely people and kept covid distance etc.One tiny thing though not their fault the pack of ceramic coals had one broken so couldn't complete gas certificate etc.I phone fire manufacturer who were great and said pack of coal being sent out Thursday. They arrived today,contacted coles who are coming first thing Monday. HOW IS THAT for good service.I have complete confidence with Coles will finish the job and will happily recommenthem to anybody.Polite and good installation and they cleared away all the mess
