Excellent property managers. We were tenants on a property they managed for a solid 3 years, from the onset during the application process we appreciated that personal touch. Blair and Tiantian very much considered our unique family circumstance and needs. Property well-kept with little to no problems at all. The very few times we requested something fixed they were very responsive even during weekends. Would rate them more than 5 stars if it was possible !!!

I cannot recommend Forth Property Management highly enough! I have been a tenant in an Edinburgh property they manage for several years and have only ever had positive experiences. It is clear that they proficiently support and serve landlords and tenants alike. They have been professional and very responsive throughout the tenancy and have a trustworthy team of engineers to call on when matters arise. Anytime we had an issue with the property they worked to resolve it swiftly and with consideration for us, the tenants.Needless to say, I am sad to be moving on from the property managed by Blair and Tiantian, undoubtedly the most reliable and genuine property managers I have experienced or heard of in Edinburgh. I have had such a positive experience working with them and I cannot fault the service I received.

Best rental agency I have worked with. Very professional, kind, and responsive. My flat came in great condition and has not needed any major repairs, and any questions/concerns I have had were addressed straight away:) I have really appreciated them and highly recommend them.

Forth Property are a blessing in a landscape filled with terrible agencies and landlords. They were really fast to solve any issue we had and were always kind and accommodating. The only reason we left the property they manage is because we moved to another country. We can't recommend them enough!

This was my first time renting after living in student accommodation, and usually students are never given preference within the private renting sector. However, forth property management along with the property owner, had so much faith in me and allowed me to rent my wonderful property in Edinburgh that I have lived in for the past 3 years. I cannot fault them at all because my experience with them has been nothing but perfect from day 1. They are very kind, accommodating, and helpful, and I would recommend renting from them. I am very sad to be leaving them as new opportunities have emerged in our life, but I wish them all the very best in all their endeavours.

Highly recommend Forth Property Management! This is by far the best renting experience we've had with property managers. Blair and Tiantian have been super responsive and communicative from the start through the end of our tenancy. Any time we had questions, they would be incredibly helpful. They'd also give us a BIG heads up for any routine gas/electric safety checks that needed to be done, leaving us plenty of time to plan. They were also very accommodating and flexible with requests we might have had, doing whatever they could to ensure a pleasant stay and tenancy. We didn't experience any problems or issues with the flat or the business. If we didn't have to leave Edinburgh for external reasons, we would have gladly continued staying on (only with Forth Property Management though). Thank you for everything, Tiantian and Blair -- we will miss you both massively!!
