Avon Heath Cafe
Obviously the park is wonderful in itself but since Tracy has been running the cafe, it’s the best bit of our visit. She’s an amazing host and very accommodating even for groups. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Avon Heath Cafe
We have been coming here for years and had many lovely drinks, snack and experiences, but decided to review based on the last couple of visits in particular.We booked a table for a birthday breakfast here recently and everyone was so friendly & helpful, especially with gluten free options. We came back today on a very busy, bank holiday Monday. The cafe had ran out of a few things and were the busiest I have ever seen it there and yet all the staff were helpful, hardworking and smiling. The ice cream is amazing and great value too - which seems a rarity nowadays for families. Our food was hot, lovely and well presented, despite the sea of customers. They have well earned the 5 star review!

Visited as a quick stop on route, parking was £3.50 for no longer than 1 hour.Cafe not busy and didn’t even get a hello, food was okay very basic.Coffee was not good!!!Atmosphere was very off putting staff stood around not even engaging with customers or each other.Wouldn’t go back sorry.

We only stopped here on our journey for something to eat rather than stop at a motorway services. We had to pay for parking. Dog friendly, a lot of dog and very busy.

Avon Heath Cafe
The new owner Tracey is wonderful, sonfriendly and helpful, the food was spectaculor and the service friendly and welcoming. Been coming here since 1988 and this was by far our best visit. They catered for our large group with ease, having pre ordered. It was wonderful, thank you so much, cant wait for pur visit next year.

Lovely Café with quality, well priced, food. Dog friendly inside and out. Recommend Cinnamon French Toast. Parking £1.50 per hour at the Park.

Been here before a few years back and it has changed. Stopped off to break up a long journey on a Saturday afternoon. Lovely playground for my daughter to play in. No hot food available in the cafe. No other alternatives really provided. Staff looked like they didn't really want to be there. Ordered a tea. I was given a large takeaway cup that was half full. I asked for it to be filled up. Request denied.

Food wasn't great, unfortunately pasty wasn't cooked underneath.. pastry soggy raw. Kids box meal on menu .. well, it wasn't as I expected .. as in, not boxed, and you had to go choose items.. very confusing if your first time there, and if its busy then it's annoying, trying to get through people to first choose 2 items from a big box that staff brought out from under till..then push past people to choose a drink then crisps.. and wait for a sandwich.. just put them in a box ready..the sandwich can then be added to the non perishables in the box and brought to the table with the rest of the order.... otherwise, if you're a parent on her own with a toddler, it can be frustrating and difficult to try and choose whilst keeping hold of a toddler who is distracted by well everything .. there are, however, plenty of picnic tables around the park.. for picnics.. and a great place for the whole family.
