Lancaster University Pharmacy

Since making my previous review, I have had no issues with the pharmacy. Staff are still as friendly as ever, but now prescriptions have also been ready and correct. As well as being well-staff and open on time. I would now recommend this as a great place whether to collect meds or to ask for health advicePrevious review: Very rarely open on time and often pharmacists are even later so you cannot collect prescriptions. While the staff are friendly, it doesn't seem particularly organised with prescriptions rarely ready even when they've had a week to fill them, resulting in long waits for the pharmacist. Also had to make several return trips when prescriptions have been filled incorrectly. Overall an unreliable service, but they can afford to be because they're the only pharmacy on campus

Lovely staff! useful place!

The lady on the till lied and the pharmacist not being on site told me to come back it 15 min but said the same thing a hour early I told her she had already told me this and out pop the pharmacy i said I was told u wasn’t here the the lady on the till was rude in her manner and muttered something as I left and got a look that could kill I will not be using them again

Very helpful staff.

They are badly equipped. They don't even sell syringes.
