The Travelling Vet

Ditto to what Debbie has written below about these sensitive professional ladies. I read her review and could almost have done a ‘copy n paste’. We knew our Bryn was near the end of life and felt we couldn’t put him through the stress of attending the local vets. It was like Bryn knew when we approached the entrance door and was literally petrified. Our home was definitely the best option.Everything was explained calmly and clearly with no pressure to make any decisions quickly. We all felt we had done right for our beautiful boy at his end.

Excellent service. Arrived very swiftly. Very professional. Less stress for my cats and me than taking them to a vets. Impressive service and will use again.

Making the decision to put Pedi to sleep was the most difficult we have had to make. He never had a home visit by a vet but we felt this would be the best way to say goodbye rather than in an unfamiliar environment that he never liked to visit.Everyone we dealt with at the Travelling vet was very professional and extremely empathetic.Nothing was rushed and Charlotte explained exactly what would happen and gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. She treated him with care throughout.We cannot recommend the Travelling vet enough and thank all the team for their compassion and understanding.

The care and compassion you showed towards our pet dog was truly amazing. I knew from the moment you walked in through our door, that you had the best interest of our dog in mind and he was no longer going to be in pain. Also thank you for your compassion towards my wife and I at what was such a difficult time.

The travelling vet assisted me in saying goodbye to my lovely cat today. From the moment I picked up the phone to enquire about an appointment, I was treated with compassion and respect. The vets who came to my home were absolutely wonderful - so sympathetic and genuinely caring. I really felt my cat was in good hands and that he would be well cared for until his ashes were brought back to me. They gave me time to say goodbye to him on my own, and treated him very respectfully and gently before and after his passing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires end of life care for their fluffy companions. What was a heartbreaking experience was made easier and more comforting by them. Thank you so much ♥️

We had to have our little dog Jack euthanized and I cannot praise the vets highly enough, they explained everything and were so kind and compassionate, not just to Jack but to us too.

I can’t praise these ladies enough. They were so kind and caring, to both me, my family and my dog Lottie when it was time to make a decision about her quality of life at 16 and a half years old. They took time to listen to my doubts, did not put any pressure on me and were so calm and re-assuring. When the decision was made to give Lottie some peace, they gave her the best possible end, surrounded by her family, being cuddled and loved she just went to sleep. Amazingly, kind yet professional. They made what should be a stressful time, into a lovely goodbye. Thank you so much. RIP Lottie ❤️
