NHS Blood Donor Centre

Staff are really friendly and put you at ease. They all really look after you and make sure you are well throughout the whole process

Having given blood a good few times and having always been impressed but the staff, Stratford doesn't disappoint. If you decide to use this center, you won't regret it.

Friendly, smiling staff dealt with me very efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. It is always a very pleasant experience donating at this centre.

This is my second visit to the blood donor centre at Stratford. It's nice to have a permanent donor centre that is local & well connected.The centre is extremely clean. The staff from start to finish are extremely friendly & welcoming.

I havent been here yet (will update my review once i visit) but reading the reviews , come on why would you charge people who want to come and donate blood and help NHS for parking this is soo bad not enough that you take off your time to go and get that done , spend money for petrol and you also have to pay for parking this is bad :X

I went to the Stratford Westfield blood donor centre today. I’ve just got back from giving blood for the first time ever. All the staff were friendly and professional, explaining the process and answering any questions I had. It is great to give back to society and I will definitely be returning again! If you are a first timer, it may be easier to go to one of these large permanent donor centres, as they have ample appointments.

First time donating blood, booking an appointment took 3 months. Was seen swiftly, reception staff were friendly and welcoming, nurses are absolutely fantastic they really do make you feel at ease and always smiling reassuring you. They provide you with plenty of water although i had my own. Process was done within 10 minutes for me.. Not scary at all, although i was pricked twice for sample and bled insanely! refreshments provided after your session, juices, kitkat, chocolate cake slices, crisps etc. I was totally fine and it was not as bad as i thought it would be! ps remember to take a sticker, i did!! Staff are really hard working!!!

I’ve given blood in Stratford Westfield centre 5 times in total. It’s a really nice, well-organised donor centre and I’ve always had a good experience. It’s on the top floor of the centre, next to John Lewis.
