I test drove the car I was interested in, flagged 3 problems with it, and put down the deposit. Upon collection everything was sorted with 12 months MOT and a service carried out. Very Happy!

Brilliant experience with Russell over at ripley car sales. Very helpful and accommodating on helping me find a car. Was nice to have a genuine salesman who took pride in his job and cared for the customer and not the sale. Along side this after purchasing my car it came into some undetectable problems which couldn't be spotted on sale however when presented to Russell the car was taken care of straight away and returned satisfied. Very happy the help as he went above and beyond to help me even after the sale.

Purchased a mini Cooper S from here for £5k. Literally 6 months after purchasing it's failed it's mot on a completely rotten chassis and to top it off the engine requires a complete rebuild due to heavily worn piston rings, scored chambers and a collapsed turbo. Buyer beware. Absolute con man. Just been offered scrap value for £400. Scum bag

Have recently bought a car from here which I love. I know absolutely nothing about the process of buying and part exchanging cars but Russell spent a long time explaining everything until he was completely sure I understood. I was never made to feel under any pressure to buy. Russell was very patient, answering all my many questions and demonstrating how things worked on the car several times. He spent over 2 hours with me, didn’t rush me and is obviously extremely knowledgeable. After the test drive he gave very useful advice on how I needed to drive slightly differently in a car with a much bigger engine than the one I had. Russell is a credit to the company for his friendly, approachable nature, vast knowledge and his investment in his customers. Thank you so much Russell. You’re a complete star!

Bought a Mini cooper R58 on 13th July 2022 and today have been pulled by the police to find out car hasn't been registered in my name.Last change of keeper was May 2022.And to top it off I've had to pay £25 for v5.

Positive. Russell is a good guy, friendly and knowledgeable but at no time put any pressure on me when looking to purchase. Eventually when I did, all done smoothly and he was happy to adhere to the AA 3 month warranty when I had a slight issue after a few weeks. He sorted things quickly and no issues since. Highly recommend Ripley Car sales and Russell.
