After less than 3yr my door as dropped and cannot use as struggling to lock. I went in and requested them to look at it and took a week to get back to me then took there is a £50 charge to look at it. Definitely not recommend then after sales appalling

Have had Window installation, Glass installation, and Door installation and had nothing other than professional work from the fitters always been on time always cleaned up after every job, Good quality, Good value, will only use New View for future work

We had a leaking roof on our existing conservatory and toyed with having the whole construction taken down and a new extension. However, the quotes received from local builders were excessive in comparison with the threshold on the value of our property. We therefore decided to speak to the owner of New View Windows for ideas on refurbishment and how we could work with the structure we already had. We are so happy that we did, as what we have now is so amazing. We had a 5 door bi-fold door installed overlooking the garden and the whole old roof removed and a new lantern fitted instead. The price for the quality and professionalism of this company is fantastic and highly recommended.

Initially very responsive and helpful. Was told would take 3 weeks for delivery. When I chased them up after 6 weeks Was told it would be another month before they could fit them!

very pleased with our new room, large enough to get the family in, nice company after sales are very good. Few teething probs but all put straight. Would use again
