Very friendly service, suited my needs. Would recommend highly compared to rival banks. Just one point, they do not open until 10am (Covid opening hours) which is a bit later compared to rival banks in the same area.

I have just got to write a review on the staff here. They are all so helpful and friendly. I recently lost my Mum so had to deal with her banking etc they took the pressure of me and all was dealt with sympathy andefficiently .This week I had a problem with my online banking but true to form they all helped and got me sorted out ! Well done all of you its a pleasure to visit Nat West Evesham !

Not a very polite branch and quite often they talk to you in a rude manner. Try to bring coins and you’ll see how friendly they’re. Another day greet them with good morning and they didn’t even bother to look at you. They should learn attitude from Santander bank which is always meets you with smile :) Will be closing account with natwest for sure :(
