As a Pilates teacher taking time out for my own movement is really important. So I like to work with a teacher / mentor who can challenge and inspire me. Christy is that teacher. Her classes are always well thought out and put together. Christy's teaching is clear, direct with a sprinkle of humour. Her cues bring me into movement effortlessly and I always leave the class with a sense of achievement. I love exploring all of the equipment in Christy's classes and as they are always so varied, I can come back time and time again. I highly recommend Christy, wherever you are in your Pilates journey.
