Comprehensive cover with quick and very informative chat service.

Relatively easy process. Unfortunately the system is not set up to accept international addresses as a home address, despite offering the service to overseas customers.

Easy to set up. Very cheap excess. Very clear. Actually reasonable exceptions. Very cheap in general for halls.Website well made, the question marks helped a lot and I liked how easy it was to only get what u need.Only two issues. Wish there was an optionial cover to protect aginst theft from people living at the adress, and the excess information took like 5 minutes to find, (it was under policy wording). Maybe put it in the policy wording and at the top of the feature.Live chat was quick and helpful to find out what they defined as a hall of residence, my private hall was :)Hopefully I don't need to claim on it, but if I do I'll keep u updated :)

Worst company ever. if you try to call there claims department. the line will drop the minute you choose to speak to claims department. Scammers. The 5 star review before the review was made by one of the company employees.

I found the website a little confusing, some elements weren't clear to me, however, Tom on LiveChat was super helpful - checked my quote and what it covered and gave me the reassurance to go ahead and purchase the necessary student content insurance for Uni. Thanks Tom!

The process of finding the right cover for student insurance was very straightforward and easy. The Chat facility was also very helpful while filling in the quotation. So far, a very good experience!
