Avoid, like the plague. I could sit here and rant a number of reasons why you do not want to use this business. For a professional service I'm astounded they have any customers left to justify operating. Half the reviews they have on Google are from staff members.

Vantage have been my business' accountant for just under 2 years and so far I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I've received. Whether its filing VAT returns, generating payroll & payslips, or advising me on best practice in terms of bookkeeping - I've always found my account manager John Stovell very helpful, punctual and professional. I would recommend Vantage to any business owner looking to deal with professional people, who're always at the end of the phone or email!

Dreadful service since they changed hands. We have been calling and emailing for 6 month to get our accounts finished which we have already paid for in full. Never get put through to an actual accountant only the customer service team who whilst are very pleasant are not in a position to actually get the work done or to persuade their accounting team to respond to anyone. When looking at the positive reviews, cross check the names with the staff team and the owners listed on companies house and you will see a connection!

Disappointing service from the get go. Lots of costly mistakes, fine etc. Refused to refund money I'd paid towards the year end accounts when I wanted to use another accountant instead they said I'd have to pay more on top to get them to finish them even though I didn't want to continue using them. Worst account company I have ever used.And it shows if you need to get your staff to do 5 star reviews....
