Absolutely love the customer service, each time I go to this nail bar, I am greeted by my name, conversations involve each client, such a positive vibe and community feel as well as leaving with perfect nails!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Kenton Nails not once, but twice, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the results. In both instances, my nails chipped within a mere two days, which is not at all what I expected from a nail salon that charges a premium for its services.My first visit to Kenton Nails left me somewhat skeptical, but I thought it might have been an isolated incident, so I decided to give them another chance. However, my second visit yielded the same disappointing results – my nails chipped within two days yet again. At this point, I was beginning to lose faith in the quality of their work.In an effort to understand why my nails were chipping so quickly, I decided to try another nail salon in the area. To my pleasant surprise, my nails from the new salon remained in pristine condition for a remarkable two weeks. This stark contrast only intensified my frustration with Kenton Nails.When I called Kenton Nails to express my dissatisfaction and inquire about the recurring issue, I was met with nothing but excuses. The owner's daughter, tried to blame it on the type of gel used in other salons. According to her, some salons use a different gel that lasts longer. Frankly, I found this explanation to be inadequate and somewhat dismissive of my concerns.I don't believe that the type of gel used should be an excuse for poor quality work, especially when customers are paying a premium price for their services. When you invest your hard-earned money in a nail salon, you should be able to expect a certain level of quality and durability.Regrettably, after my experiences with Kenton Nails, I can confidently say that I will not be returning. The inconsistency in their work and the lack of accountability for the subpar results have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I believe it's essential for businesses to take responsibility for their services and strive to meet their customers' expectations. Kenton Nails failed in this regard, and as a result, they have lost a customer who was willing to give them a second chance.

Lovely staff and my nails were really well done! Lasted almost a whole week with normal polish. I did think it was a little pricey for normal polish though.

Have been coming here for 18 years, since it opened. My nails have never been better. From a biter to having nails to be proud of. It's a family business and you feel right at home. Real talk, real banter and fab service! Don't need to go anywhere else.

Actually care about the health of your nail, listen and advice appropriately. Friendly atmosphere. Lisa is superb. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Kenton Nails since last year and the service is brilliant. Advice given to improve my nails has worked. I have been having the SNS done for the last 3 visits and my nails look healthy and strong. Definitely recommend Kenton Nails.

I have been going to Kenton nails for years and always had a positive experience and enjoy getting my nails done. The sns dipping powder nails are lush with great colours and Lisa and Jason always do a fantastic job!
