Thank you Natalie for a brilliant, informative and fun Baby and Child First Aid class.The content was great and the class was paced really well. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to practice skills such as choking treatment and CPR. I can’t believe how much information I came away with in just 2 hours.I feel much more confident in my abilities for when I may face some of these challenges in the future.Thank you!

We recently did our First Aid at work with Natalie.The day was fun and plenty of laughter. Natalie presents the course well and is very knowledgeable. She has excellent people skills and is likeable by all.I cannot recommend Natalie enough.

Natalie came to our house for a baby and child first aid class, delivered to both us and our parents.With our first baby due in just a few weeks Natalie has given us confidence we know how to look after our baby if he becomes poorly.A brilliant an informative class, with the perfect atmosphere.Great value for money, with Natalie coming to us to make it very convenient.

Really enjoyed the Emergency First Aid at Work course we attended recently. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. The course is very engaging and there's plenty of opportunities to understand and try out the practical aspects as well as backing this up with the theory. Delivered in an informal yet professional way - would definitely recommend. See you again in 3 years Natalie!

Knowledgeable trainer, great quality training.My new employer put me on a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course with 1st Steps First Aid.This was the first official first training I have ever received and Natalie was simply perfect to conduct the training. Patient, knowledgeable and helpful.I was able to pass the exam with a 100% score with confidence and feel like if I was in a real life first aid situation I will have to confidence to assist in or out of the workplace.I would highly recommend Natalie and her company for any first aid training needs.
