We took our grandson. Parking was pretty non existent . You couldn't wait in test centre.

Great efficient service when I recently visited to take my theory test! Staff very friendly.

Difficult to find and no obvious entrance and indication of parking availability. If I hadn't seen this photograph of the building I would have had no idea that the Theory Test Centre was located in it

Staff rude and unprofessional . The man sitting in there spoke to me like dirt . Miserable .Passed my theory test so glad I haven’t got to go again!

Took my CSCS PQP test here. Handy that the centre is next to Four Oaks train station – easy to get to and no worries trying to park a car.The staff were fabulous. Very courteous and thorough. 5 stars to both the ‘receiptioneer’ and invigilator ladies – especially the calming manner of the ‘recetptioneer’ when dealing with some evidently nervous candidates. She had a warm sense of humour too.All the paperwork (including the test result) and digital photo were seamlessly done at the centre and electronically sent to CSCS. All I had to do was send a copy of my professional registration to a dedicated CSCS email address, make a phone call to CSCS to pay the fee for the CSCS card and hey presto! Job done.

Staff were professional and friendly except the gentleman who was a little bit mardy and came across rude! Passed my theory test so I was very happy

My son was 5 mins late as we had to dash home for his licence. They still allowed him to do his test thanks

Bit hard to find but staff are very polite, friendly & professional.Best way to find it is, as soon as you come off the roundabout, look to your right. There's steps going down to the front door.

Really polite staff. Relaxing environment . Remember phones off an dont take things with you you don't need. As u will only be able to take yr provisional in with you an a locker key if you have to store things in locker. Were short sleeves if possible. As check u have nothing in you. Think this theroy centre was very nice.

The young ish girl on the desk with dark hair is flipping rude as well. Glad i passed wouldn't want to keep meeting her every time at the desk. Jezze no mannors or no customer service at all!!!
