Only went up to view a colour of a car before ordering a DB12.... Unfortunately I ended up falling in love with a Vantage V12 Roadster instead. WHAT A CAR!!!! It was truly love at first sight. Spencer was amazing and knowledgeable about the car. There was definitely no hard nosed" sales tactics involved the car sold itself to me. Nothing was too much trouble even down to the hand over. Every question I asked was answered fully and honestly. The handover made me feel like I was so special. This is my fourth Aston Martin purchase from those brilliant guys at Aston Martin Birmingham. Dean Spragg has done a wonderful job growing this dealership and by adding Dean Jellicoe and Spencer Hollis to the business team, he’s put them on a superb footing for providing first class service and customer satisfaction going forwards. I took delivery of my latest DBS today and nothing was too much trouble for the team. Their style and easy to get along manner makes buying such a signature car a brilliant and fun experience.
