Lovely staff and venue but the nails are not durable. One fell off in 6 days and they all ended up falling off within 9 days. Very sad.

I am not someone to leave a bad review, however this experience was absolutely terrible. I have been on a lash growth journey for the past 6 months (using lash serums, less mascara etc)I was so excited to get a lash lift now that they are at good length. The experience was so painful (technician so rough with my eyes!) and my lashes are curling into ringlets! They actually look shorter as the lash hairs are bent in strange angles, notting into each other. They look like broken fly’s legs!

Absolute scam. Avoid this place.Booked for an infill for my acrylic nails via treatwell, near the end of the treatment they demanded an additional £15 for the use of gel polish. Every other nail salon would include the cost of gel polish as part of their infill price. This is misleading in their prices and deliberate miss selling.Additionally the manicurist was very heavy handed, I even jumped in pain at one point and I have one finger that is sore and red from the tools/techniques used. Three nails have smears on and overall I’m very unhappy. I wish I never booked an appointment here.

Such a warm and friendly service from the two staff when I came in to get my current gel polish removed and repainted.The technician helped decide on colour, and was very patient with me when I couldn't decide!I am not from London so found this place randomly and I'm so glad I did!!

horrific. there are gaps between my nails and extensions, my nails naturally grow downwards, but the technician decides to change that and they now look terribly lifted from my nail bed. worst set ever.....

Had my nails done on 23rd December and they are still looking great after a busy festive period... I also cooked for 11 family members on Christmas day so they have been put to the test!! Highly recommend.
