Worst customer service ever at this store. I find the pharmacy team to be rude & a complete joke. The notice in the pharmacy says that they will not tolerate abuse, well how about the rude manner in which you treat your customers. I feel that I should wear that sign when collecting medication. I have made a complaint through the customer service number & now when I go, the member of staff that was completely rude to me & which I had made my complaint about. Refuses to serve me!! What a complete joke. Also when raising their level of rudeness & complete lack of customer service to my doctors surgery, they told me that they have heard this a lot about this Boots pharmacy team, therefore I’m obviously not the only individual that has complained yet nothing has changed. Boots quality of service has really gone downhill & it used to be one of the best on the market. Standards have dropped big time with this company.

Worst customer service in this boots. I was asked 4 times student id and refused saying , we cant offer you discount because tou didn't go to University. Its a NUS card and accepted everywhere. Seriously, train your people and thats not your decisions where we should go to study. Shame on you. Boots service getting worst and worst

Place is alright, staff are easy to suspect of stealing the second you step in. But it's West Bromwich so not surprised at all!

I am a regular boot’s customer. Went to this store about a month ago staffs are awful in this branch went there to buy an EDP/aftershave. The men's perfume/edp cabinet was locked and the staff knowingly didn't unlock the fragrance cabinet they were busy chit chatting with each other. Moreover, I am not sure if she was a manager she was putting up some promotional board and in-fact she looked at me and didn't had a courtesy to serve me either or asked other staff in the store to help me. Please check the image attached to this review. Eventually I had to get my edp from superdrug which is on the opposite side of the building

Great shop in town, accessible from old square and new square through the shopping centre. Always got great deals, products and baby items which I always need! Also there is a pharmacy inside and lots and lots of varieties of perfumes, gift sets for any occasion be it birthday, anniversary or special day! Not to mention kind and helpful staff who are always there to help and assist. Got to love out local boots! 5++
