We used Able Estates for the sale of our old house, they coincidentally were the agents for our purchase!The entire team were excellent from the initial viewings and listing, through to liaising with the, solicitors, vendor and buyer. Ian ,Kevin and Maria very polite professional always give call back and give some good suggestions and nice chat about random topics .If you don't understand their try explain different way with the patience. Its hard understood some terminology if you are not born here :) On the end I didn't like pushing me constantly contact solicitors. we all know selling or buying place its take a time and so many parts" getting involved and is long stressful process ."
