EXCELLENT SERVICEWe engaged Amit and Hassie for our Rear Extension and remodelling of our home. From the start they were both very helpful and understood our requirements. Ended up having Tony round for a quote on our project which we didn't end up doing. Out of everyone we met, the process from first visit, to the thorough estimate provided, they were brilliant. What they do differently is that they don't expect you to be an expert and they breakdown all the categories that need to be discussed, suggested options and ended up providing a thorough quote that left little for us to consider if we had forgotten something. Don’t move extend we’re fantastic throughout the project. Amit is very knowledgeable on rules/regs and his advice was fantastic. We had waited many years with planning being rejected, Amit immediately recognised the reasons why and how we should amend to satisfy the requirements in place. He even went the extra mile during the build where we had made a small change and needed new calculations and drawings. Hats off to the team. Would use them again 100% and can’t recommend them enough.

I can’t fault Amit Patel from the first consultation we had. Very professional, fast, consistent and was always able to accommodate us whenever we wanted to change things. He guided us through this whole procedure from initial drawings, planning permission, to getting us engineers, party wall surveyor and was always available to answer any questions we had. Truely one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Amit came round to my house to look at the work I wanted doing. All seemed promising, he said he would get back to me the following week. Three weeks late still heard nothing, rang him and pointed out that a 1 line email saying he was delayed to to amount of work would take 30 seconds. He promised to phone me the following Monday or Tuesday. Still nothing… went into his office on the Wednesday but he wasn’t there. His colleague promised me he would be in touch.A week later… still nothing. I have now given up.Truely the most unprofessional individual I have ever met. If I could give 0 stars I would. How anyone could trust his word on anything astounds me
