Had Andy and David to do a complete upgrade on our 30 year old boiler. Part of our living room floor needed lifted to replace the copper piping from 15mm to 22mm. Not to mention removing the old water tank, creating a new flue and patching up the old one. They done an amazing job. Was able to make minimal damage to the floor, everything was clean and tidy after they left.Would certainly have these guys back in for more work in the future.

I would not hesitate in recommending this company, very professional I had a full heating system which included boiler and radiators.Andy and Lewis were there three days and their quality of work second to none, so polite and curteous, cleaned up every day after they had finished, I had little to do. Had a new boiler and cooker installed by Andy and David today. Great service from start to finish. Polite, efficient, and left no mess whatsoever. 100% recommend McRoberts!

Installed a new boiler today. Andy and David turned up on time and just got down to work. Moved things around for access but returned everything back to the way it was before the work begin. Left no mess and were polite throughout. Gave a demonstration before they left. Great service.

Outstanding Workmanship & Service! We not only got our boiler replaced, it was moved from the kitchen to the utility room with drilling through thick stone walls. The engineers did an amazing job all round and were lovely too! The biggest surprise was how affordable this huge project was when taken over 0% 2yr interest free finance that McRoberts offer. I wish we had done it sooner and not put up with a 20yr old relic of a boiler, what a difference its made to our heating and hot water.

Really disappointed by the service after reading such good reviews before deciding to contact them.Called in October and arranged for someone to attend the house for a quote on a smart heating system and was given a date relatively quickly for the start of Nov.On the morning of the appointment I received a call asking what the appointment was for and if I was aware there was a call out charge. After explaining it was for a quote they said I would not be charged.The plumber who attended was really friendly and after realising the job would be a bit more complex advised he would need to discuss it with his team and get back to me for a quote.After more than a week with no contact I called again and was told that they would contact me. I waited a further week before calling back and was given the same response.I have not heard anything further so have looked into alternative companies to do the job.Their advertising states they provide a Professional

Had new Grants combi boiler installed last week. Really would like to thank Andy, Lewis, Barry and Jamie for all their hard work. Everything from the initial survey by Robbie, then follow up by Susan to the installation team on the two days was completed very thoroughly. I was kept updated at all stages and nothing was too much for them, even having to navigate around dogs and children. I now have instant hot water after a tough 5 years of making do!
