Tom came to do my EICR for one of my properties, and did a very thorough and professional job, arrived on time and talked me through all work carried out, as well as clearly stating what remedial work was required. I highly recommend EICR Electrical. Thomas completed an EICR test on a house we plan on buying, and produced a condition report for us the same day. They went out of their way to collect the keys from estate agents too which was much appreciated. Their prices are really reasonable and I'm very happy with the service.

Fantastic service. I reached out for an electrical survey on a house I am buying. Tom liased with the estate agent to arrange access. I had the report within days. Also, compared to the other companies, this was the best priced. Definitely recommend.
